They responded promptly and were very professional and friendly, and provided a good quote. Three men turned up on the specified day and they completed the installation to a vey high standard in three days. Throughout the whole process the communication was excellent, and we are very pleased with the end result. From start to finish norwich windows & conservatories have been brilliant. They have been professional, friendly and provided an excellent service. We have had all our windows replaced with 3 doors and some brick work amended. With 2 young kids they have been incredibly tidy and great with them too. We would highly recommend to anyone. We have just had all the windows in our house replaced. We paid a bit more to get very good quality windows but the price was competitive. The windows are excellent and the guys who installed them were very professional and did a very good job. The windows did take longer than expected to be installed but this was due to supply problems during a difficult covid period. Overall, very impressed.
